Un Rojo Reggae Band began it’s career in 2002, product of the musical union between Esteban Chavarría (Jaguar) and Luis Carlos Córdoba (Luiska).
By 2004, Un Rojo welcomes musician “Salomon”, of an important artistic trajectory. Together they would contribute writing the songs, “Valley, Why?” and “Revolution”; forming what would become “Salomon y Un Rojo” in their debut national reggae album titled “Jah is Rasta”. It is in the year 2007 that the band returns to it’s original name “Un Rojo Reggae Band”.
Subsequently, the project incorporated Kumary Sawyers, Pedro León and Maria Laura Castro.
In 2010, their second album titled “En la Calle” is released, presenting the public a proposal with shades of evolution, delivering a message of equality and communion to raise the consciousness of society within its current reality.
The most recent album “Reborn” masterly crafted, represents a whole experience for the audience and is the current showcase.
The band grew in quantity and quality. Currently, Un Rojo Reggae Band makes a fusion of musicians who seek giving their audience a complete and different show.
